Position Summary

Flow Network’s mission is to upgrade the consumer payment experience by helping middle-market banks and credit unions to own the payment moment. As Flow Network’s VP of Middle Market & Credit Union Sales, you will be leading a change movement that will affect the daily lives of millions of people. Your role will be to lead Flow’s sales outreach.  You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be creating ideas one day and rolling them out the next.  With your colleagues, you will listen to feedback from clients and advisors, form concepts into products, engage with Flow Product and Engineering, and then bring the products to market in spectacular fashion. This role is comprehensive and spans from workroom to boardroom.  The team at Flow will look to you for complete sales leadership as you bring the best clients in the world onto the Flow platform.


  • Devise and communicate a client-segment specific-sales strategy and tactics across the global Flow organization
  • Work with the co-founders, the global team, and external partners to develop Go-To-Market (GTM) plans and launch with precision in execution
  • Assemble, create, and sign-off on all materials needed in the sales process, including sales collateral, demos, and integration materials
  • Segment and qualify credit union according to the sales strategy
  • Lead the sales process across the phases, including Prospect, Engaged, Value Prop/Demo, Proposal, Contract, and Closed
  • Develop a sales methodology and pipeline management practice
  • Supervise the handoff and follow-up of clients transitioning to integration, testing, and go-live
  • Support colleagues and wear multiple hats including Engineering, Product, Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing
  • Continuously scan the horizon for new opportunities
  • Recruit constantly and grow the overall team


  • Deep understanding of trends and themes in payments and commerce, futurist outlook, and passion for technology innovation
  • 8 years experience as a sales executive at a fintech company and ideally, a startup
  • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem with a focus on the middle-market and credit union card issuers
  • Ability to use your personal network to facilitate meetings with prospective clients and the ability to find and establish new client relationships
  • Creative, self-motivated, positive-thinking, team player equipped to lead within the dynamic nature of a startup environment
  • Ability to connect the dots between product, design, technology, and strategy to solve complex problems
  • Concise writing ability and experience selling your ideas
  • Candidate will need a computer and stable internet connection
  • Role is based in the US and will work closely with teams in Asia. Work hour flexibility is needed
  • Degree qualified in business and/or technology
